Why Group Coaching?

We believe that the benefits of group coaching are too numerous and impactful to bypass, Group Coaching promotes strategic thinking, increases empathy, deepens emotional intelligence, increases advocacy and inquiry and creative thinking. This form of coaching helps to create cohesion within communities and connects leaders to other leaders that they may otherwise not have interaction with. Leadership skills get sharpened and learning to ask great questions are also developed. Personal development is key and you are able to take what is learned in this setting back to your community and microchurch. It creates a synergy and reciprocity where one on one coaching is not designed to do.
